Only 4 days to CT scan it will be good to know how things look in there. On the outside Peter looks amazingly well, and has been feeling good, so much so that I left him for the day yesterday and went to visit my Mum a (4hour round trip) so out all day , bless him he had a pyjama day, ate all the wrong things and didn't drink any fizzy water , and what a difference....
He couldn't swallow his chemo this morning.......... say's he can feel its stuck. Hmmmmmm. DONT PANIC......... I made him sip some warm water then fizzy water., and do the washing up..... my thoughts were to get him upright and moving.and get his mind off it. plus I wouldnt have to do it :) then to get his belly moving I told him jokes making him laugh and sure enough within the hour it cleared phew............
I have been very strict today his fluid and food intake has been textbook perfect, he has flushed the stent after each meal and snack, walked, and just to be sure I dissolved this evenings chemo.
So far alls well, then I thought maybe the stent has shifted if the tumour is shrinking. we will just be very careful now
