I feel well! Yesterday I worked effectively in the garden for two hours or more and cleared away a lot of large pruning that had been waiting for weeks or even months. A couple of days of wind without rain had dried off the branches and their dead leaves so that I was able to use the shredder. (Cog-type shredder, not whirling blades). Today I went for a walk right through the village and met several old friends I hadn't seen for weeks or more. I was able to talk about storm damage and see for myself. It was my longest walk so far, right through the village and out the far end. The longest since my pelvic problems started in October last. Oh, and all without crutches or stick.
I suppose it's the steroid I have to take but I feel so much more energetic now. I have to watch my appetite too as I don't want to put on weight from where I am at present. My legs are weak, hence the determination to get walking again now that the pains have settled. Appointment with the oncology clinic in early March when I hope my PSA will be right down for the first time in months.
