Getting on with it

Less than one minute read time.

Better day but still feel very tired whenever I sit down.  Side effect of my weedkiller probably.

Walked into the lane and found some builders knocking down a brick wall. So one of them and I took barrow-loads of these bricks and rubble into my garden so I can use them to finish my wall.  Fantastic luck!  Made my day as I had run out of building bricks & blocks for the wall.  Now I can press on.

Exercise tired me but I felt so happy doing something positive and active.  One small dose of ibuprofen at lunch took away all the aches and pains.  Feel great.  No need for a yell today but expect that feeling will return.

Visitors at the weekend so must have lawn and garden looking good.  Pile of bricks will have to be moved somewhere closer to the wall work.

Appointment soon for GP to put me on Zoladex (I think), but no appointment with onchologist yet..

    Gosh Dave,

Reading your blog makes me tired as well!

Well done, it does help to keep active as much as possible, but don't overdo it!

    Good luck,

    Colin

    Thanks Colin.
    No, I won't overdo it.
There's a lot I don't understand about symptoms. After the blog comment I took just one ibuprofen with mylunch and a little later went to bed with a cup of tea. I had taken my 'weedkiller' tablet at the usual time.
When I woke up after a short sleep I felt fine. Pains in the region of my secondaries had almost gone and I was alert again. I'm still fine this morning as though a load of rubbish had been expelled from the affected parts of me!!
I just don't understand it but I'm thankful.

Cheers and keep up your good work

Thank you Joycee for the report re spammer.

It was really pretty obvious that I was being sold something for another person's gain and I didn't fall for it. What a shame that such people should gatecrash the MacMillan site and try tricks on those who have joined for bona fide reasons.  A warning to everyone to keep a look out.

I notice that her 'reply' does not appear here and for that I thank the administrator.  I also notice the 'Alert Administrator' sign on every page of blogs and group discussions etc.  I didn't know what that was for until now.

    Thank you again,

    David
