November 2024, Dal had radiotherapy over 5 days to try to silence the progression of the 2 liver mets that fused into one single 3.9cm mass, he remained off of systemic therapy, once they were ready to provide the radiotherapy there has been a further growth of the tumour, but they had been able to encompass it in the SBRT field.
