Went to the surgical meeting on the 6th April and was told I must have a mastectomy because the lump is 9cm and invasive plus a smaller one which is DCIS. The cancer nurse was lovely and I now have many booklets to read through. It’s too much to take in all at once so I am going to meet her again next Wednesday.
