Yesterday I took my partner to Singleton Hospital, in Swansea, so that she could receive radio-therapy to help ease the severe pain in her back. I took my partner to hospital this morning for a bronchoscopy, and had what we think is a little good news: the camera picked up "No abnormality" and "Normal endobronchial tree throughout". A further bronchoscopy is likely but for now that bit of positive news has helped my partner considerably. I just wish that she wasn't so tired all the time so that she could be taken out to do some shopping or anything to get out…
It's off to the hospital for my partner's biopsy at 8:45. Then a 7 -10 day wait for the results. So now it all begins.

My ex-wife was diagnosed with lung cancer on Monday, she is coming home from hospital this afternoon and I have moved back to what was the matrimonial home to become her full time carer.
