Hope this link works, there are some good ideas in this presentation.  I like the idea of fixing a break at a specific time, perhaps just for half an hour everyday.  i think that could work.  There is a good section about 'guilt' which resonated with me.  I feel guilty about enjoying myself.  I don't exactly whoop it up!  I get flack from my mother in law for my lack of energy at times.  Unfortunately stress at the moment makes me very tired.  I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, at times doing anything feels like running through knee high mud.
