Messages

Hi Me again, I was sending a reply to somebody but got interupted, had to close down and now cannot find my
original message, any clues on how to retrieve them? ChrisC

    Nope, sorry Christine, same happened to me, also when replying because you dont have the message you are replying to in front of you I forget what they said!  Still, its a great site and been a God send eh?!   Perhaps one of the more regular, long timers will know.

    havent a clue soz how to retrieve but if that happens to me i always copy & paste my message just incase  the amount of long messages ive wrote and lost grrrrrrr.

    Hi Christine,

    Me too - I wrote a long message to someone yesterday and then I must have hit a wrong key or something and off it went... somewhere. Perhaps there's a 'dead messages store' in the basement of some government building somewhere? I haven't mastered cut and paste yet, well not on this system anyway.

    No idea how you get them back.  Someone suggested typing your response in word and saving it, then cutting and pasting - added bonus is you can spell check.

    Why do I always notce the typo - after I've posted??
