Frozen shoulder etc Things you may not get told......

Less than one minute read time.

Well here I go again.............. After getting the Cortisone Injection a few weeks back due to my left arm and shoulder being compromised after breast surgery and radiotherapy.............It felt great and I was able to have right breast surgery and reconstruction done.  Now it's tingling, aching and has reversed back to limited movement once more.

So hate the thought of having to get another Cortisone Injection!!!!

It is so debilitating and at moment really getting me down. Wish I had been told that this may happen when I needed to have the first operation; now it looks like I am going to continue having problems with this left arm and shoulder.

Hope Doctor and physio may come up with another alternative or something as don't want to be like this every so many weeks of being pain free.

Hope my other side does not get compromised, no lymph  nodes removed during 2nd operation but doing my excersises like before.

No news yet re the Life Insurance Renewal, despite now being Cancer free and no recurrence.

  • I tried replying to this yesterday but it would not appear! Grrr! Just to say - keep going with the exercises. I had all my lymph nodes cleared and, whilst HATING the physio... I did do mine for months!

    Best wishes,
