Noticed the new T&C when I logged on today. Have a few questions though:
1. Why had it taken so long to do this."other sites make it clear before you register and some are more to the point"
2. I assume all new users with have to comply with this before getting a logon and password.
3. Why doesn't it say that you may not advertise on this site?
I couldn't see anything within the T&C that would prevent the spammers, inappropriate posters - you know the ones, or those trying to sell things or those advocating dubious cures. It all seems a bit weak and woolly guys - sorry - you know a bit like those catch all disclaimers.
I particulalry liked the one about links, "we accept no responsibility" - I picked up a link on here not long after I was diagnosed for a Cancer Centre in the west of the country and thought - wow this is on here it must be OK it looks at the holistic - I like that. I sent off for the info, but it was from the info I received that they advocate extreme diets, multli vitimins etc and expensive courses. How does that work guys - this site either provides factual info or it doesn't.

A good point about links. I regularly visit some of these external sites & although I would never reproduce was is said outside of this site, I have thought how far can I go with regard to mentioning what I have read.
