cos I've only just got home and no I didn't get stuck on the M25 again! - a big thank you from me to KateG, Sharry, Alan and the very funny Terry for a brilliant day, I had such fun; it took me 3 hours to get there (see above) but I wouldn't have missed it for the world, lovely food - oh T's browies were to die for - and fantastic company.
As some of the other bloggers have said its important to do fun things, I didn't care how long I had to drive - I was going and it was great fun. Sucking Jelly throught a straw - well what can I say and posing for pictures lol. I spent a very enjoyable afternoon sitting in Kate's beautiful garden, enviously eyeing the HUGE hostas, chatting and laughing, oh and playing with Kate and Alan's lovely dogs.

I'm not sure how I managed to miss this because I log in every day! Thank you for your kind words and for making herculean effort to come to sunny Banstead. At least it WAS sunny last Saturday - today is looking rather grim and threatening to chuck it down any minute now! When we were planning the 'bash' Sharry and I almost stuck a pin in the calender to chose the date so we were very lucky considering the previous Saturday was awful too.
It was lovely to meet you as we've been commenting on each others' blogs etc. for almost a year and I feel I know you well.
