My mam passed away yesterday and from the moment she was diagnosed with Lung Cancer til the moment she died where were you ?
In the beginning she had a macmillan nurse. Then she was told she could no longer have that nurse as my mam was under the care of the royal marsden hospital and that nurse was attached to St helier. So she waited for weeks to be assigned…
I've recently just found out that my mam has Type B Lung Cancer and its inoperable. To be honest I'm devastated and worried about the outcome but my mam assures me that she is being well looked after by her macmillan nurse and is receiving treatment from the Royal Marsden Hospital in Surrey,
Problem is I live up North and shes down South and I feel totally useless at the moment with me being so far…
