Hi all As I have mentioned mum started chemo last Thursday few days before that she had an echo on her heart which she has to have before each cycle, anyway tonight she gets a phone call from her consultant and informs her that she has fluid around her heart, which maybe why she is having trouble breathing, so now she has to go for another echo to see if the chemo is helping to drain the fluid if not she will have to…

Hi everyone, is there anyone out there connected to someone who has or dare I say had secondary breast cancer. My mum was diagnosed in 2007 first time nearly 18 years ago now in her lungs,ribs and skull. After being on hormone treatment for the last year now time for chemo which she started on the 15th Jan.
