I am so sorry to hear about your husband.    I can understand your fear as will everyone on this site as they have all been there.    All you can do is be there for him and they do wonderful things now with this dreaded disease so keep praying and try to be positive for him (although it's very hard I know).   I used to sit down all hours of the day/night and go onto this site and gained great comfort from all of the wonderful people who were there to comfort me, so please keep in touch.  Annxx

Just read your blog, course you l b terrified darling its a natural reaction to this terrible disease, im the patient, but i do believe it is worse for family and friends than us, we know how we are feeling and im sure you get a special built in mechanism to help you cope at times like this, mother natures way of helping you.

Although i have loving family and supportive friends im recently separated from my husband and for me having no partner to share this with is doubly hard.

Try and be strong for each other and remain positive cos this goes a long way in helping with the battle of this disease.

With lots of love and hugs to you both.

    Jill

Soooo understand your anxiety.  I was where you are 2 months ago.  All I can tell you is that though it doesn't get any less scary, you will begin to accept and understand the disease in time, then you begin to get in fighting mode, then you feel like you are actually doing something positive, then you start to feel positive!!!  Happy to e-chat to you if you need - just send me a private message and Ill send you my email address.  Chin up girl and get those boxing gloves ready!!  Love Juliexxx
