So results from day #2 and the planned things
Day #3 after chemo
Its the last day of the steroid tablets today, thank goodnesses- these steroids seem to put me all over the place, mind and heart busy racing and body just not in sync
I woke up starving at 6am, managed to not get up until 7am, where by I completely devoured poached eggs on toast and a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes .
I then took my tablets (down to steroids and sickness pills now ) at which point I slowed right down - went back to bed for about 2 hours, I must have slept
so today’s list looks busy but is just one little trip
Well, I am proud to say I have achieved all the above and it’s only 3.30 pm - I am officially now pooped BUT all tasks done so feel good . Plus, my pattern after the last 2 cycles seem to be in the next day or so my energy levels will really drop. So tomorrow I have to go to hospital for a heart check and that will be the only thing on my list - be kind to each other but more importantly be kind to yourself
hope you are all going well out there
