The marathon training goes on!

7 miles today, really slow for first 5 or so but managed to pick things up a fair bit for the last couple. Hamstring giving me some trouble - I'm icing and stretching, and getting a bit of massage but it's getting to be a real pain (literally).

12 miles planned for friday, just keep telling myself that if I can do 10 miles I can do 12! Bring it on!

    Hi Bliss,

    Dont go pushing yourself too hard. The warning signs are starting to appear. Hamstring trouble not good if you do happen to pull a hamstring you have got to give yourself at least 2 weeks for it to recover.

    You need to watch your enthusism. It could be your undoing. But you know your own body. I hope
