    First weekend on treatment for Littlesis. No radiotherapy, but each day taken, anti sickness (ondansetron), chemo (temodal), anti-epileptic (phenytoin), and anti-biotic to guard against pneumonia (co trimoxazole)...     Day 2: (2/30) Is a possible symptom of radio and chemo a craving for burger king chips?!! If not I have a feeling littlesis is taking advantage of the situation!! LOL Still all good :-). No problems. They have scheduled her an appointment on bank holiday monday, so its brought the end of treatment back by one day... which is good. My boyfriend and I are planing on going to visit for a last day of treatment celebration…

    Day One: Treatment started today. Anti sickness, then Tremodar chemo drug, then mum took her to hospial, then wait around a lot, then have first radiotherapy session. Apparently it went well. No side effects so far. The nurses have again changed the angle of treament so hair will now be lost from the front right - not leaving a band of hair as previously suggetsed. Sister thinks this is a good thing though as easier…

    Ok, thought I'd start a blog with whats going on... Introduction: 15 year old sister was diagnosed with a grade 3 astrocytoma at the end of March 09. Surgery was succesful and the surgeon believes he got it all out. Orriginally they called it grade 2-3 mixed glioma because some of the biopsy was grade 2, and some grade 3. Also it was part mass part fluid. So, now she is about to start her chemotherapy and radiotherapy…
