Feeling very tearful today, my bestest auntie has gone in for op on bowel. She was wonderful when i was recovering from my mastectomy, coming all the way from Worcester, down to Cornwall to look after me. We have always been very close, more like sisters than neice and aunt.
Thank goodness our school is closed today due to snow and ice, explaining to five year olds why you have water on your face is tricky!
