Help at last I hope

Today is day 3 of the reduced dexamethasone and he is slowly slowly starting to calm down. He is still utterly confused but not so manic angry and agitated. I went to see my gp yesterday he phoned the local hospice and asked them to contact me regarding help and support so hopefully help is here at last.

I am so sorry that you both are going through this, i have just read all your posts and it sounds like its been hell for both of you, my husband is reducing off the dex and has had no problems like this here for a chat if you want xxx cathy.

Thanks Cathy it's good to know someone is there to listen. I hope I can do the same for you if you need.

The hospice nurse came yesterday she was great, really supportive . I think I'm going to need her in the coming months.
