i can't believe i abseiled 177 feet what a scary but fantastic experience i would recommend it to anyone challenge yourself a uplifting day was had by all young and old alike it was so exhilerating watching nearly 70 people do this wonderful thing seeing and speaking to them feeling very nervous before and then again after seeing how excited they all were was just a fantastic day thanks macmillan for putting on this event…
glad to say even though i got soaked cos it's chucking it down here i have had a good day today got loads done and walked 3 miles sore feet must get blister plasters hope you all are having an ok day today
doing abseil in 12 days time scared of heights must be mad its something like 178 feet high in old money hope i can raise loads of cash for macmillan it will be worth it then
