The only way is up!

Less than one minute read time.

I spoke to my Mam this morning.  She is amazing, such an inspiration!  She was more worried about us finding somewhere to stay so we can come and visit her than she was about her op.  I still can't help feeling some of it must be a front, but the relief to have the cancer gone was tangible.  She said she could feel it getting bigger and bigger, so I think that must help to get her head round losing the boob!

So by 10am she had showered, done her hair, got her hospital outfit on, and was ready and waiting for visitors!  Go Mam!

Thanks Sars, she actually had the op yesterday morning, and I can't get over how well she seems to be recovering!

Oh Becca, so glad your mam is dealing with herself with both guns loaded - what a lady!  I sincerely wish her all the best for recovery and strength, so look after her and she must look after herself for the next step.  Love Ann x
