Why?

Less than one minute read time.

I have committed myself to run in 10 marathons in 2010 as a personal challenge. In light of recent activities of Eddie Izzard it does not  seem like much, but everyone has their own limits to what they can do.

The next question that is asked is why Macmillan?

Unfortunately i have known too many people that have suffered from various forms of cancer, some have recovered and sadly others have not. Therefore i spent many days looking at the many charities that are out there trying to work out which was the best fit, and for me it was Macmillan, who offer more than the "nurses" which are what most people associate with the charity.

At the end of the day I am just another runner who can quit and walk away at anytime, unfortunately there are still people that do not have that option and for that reason i will not let myself stop.
