Hi … any tips on pain management while waiting for biopsy diagnosis. Vulval ulceration … max dose oral . Oramorph added yesterday. Topical lidocaine. Instilagel . Dermovate to lesions . Not keen on gabapentine but May consider Amitryptline… or admission as I can’t cope with the pain .
