my daughter was diagnosed with vulva cancer. After many doctor appointments and getting different diagnosis she found a doctor that sent her to a oncology on gyn. Biopsy came back SCC. Her doctor said may need a lymph node biopsy. We don't know just what to do as her doctor is on vacation. She needs to heal first.. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi, i had some lymph nodes removed when I had surgery. I doubt they will do separate biopsies

Like Lizzy58 mentioned, I had a scan on the day of my operation, in which they looked at my lymph nodes and hence they removed two lymph nodes.

I had some removed ( don't know how many), they were taken away and checked, came back clear

She had the lesion removed already. Just waiting for next appointment

Only did the vulva. I thought they would too. I guess not
