Hi. I have received most recent results of my MRI and CT scan and been told I have grade 2 stage 3 triple negative breast cancer.
it was a lot to take in but I think he said it has spread to multiple lymph nodes in armpit, clavicles region and chest but not metastasised further.
i have an appointment Wednesday to discuss the chemo plan and get booked in but the last 2 days I seem to be aching especially my back/shoulder blades and chest and armpit and I can see a large swelling near my collarbone which I suspect is another lymph node.
i am worried it has spread further since I had my scan on Monday and that’s what the pain is though I am struggling to sleep unless I lie in my back so it may be stress from this/tension.
Did anyone else have these symptoms BEFORE starting treatment?
its my birthday tomorrow and we are staying in a safari lodge but if anyone could put my mind at ease that would be great .
Thanks in advance!
Hi Kiwi79 welcome to the forum. Im not sure about what it us you are asking but I agree 100% about the stress and anxiety part.. This has all come as a huge shock to you and little wonder. Personally if I was you I would celebrate my birthday, enjoy the safari Lodge and Wednesday will be here before you know it.
