I was first diagnosed in 2024. Surgery, chemo, radiotherapy all finished early 2025.
I had my 2nd yearly mammogram last week unfortunately another lump was found! So now I'm waiting for a biopsy.
I know we all think the worst, but as everyone likes to say! think positive, stay positive, you'll be fine!!!!
They did say at my appointment if it's back I'll have a mastectomy..
My question is though if the biopsy comes back negative, will they still remove the lump? xx
Hi Milocat
I'm Daisy53 on of the Community Champions on this forum. I'm sorry to hear that your cancer might be back. As far as I'm aware they will remove the lump even if it turns out to be benign. I suggest that you contact your breast care nurse and check with them.
Wishing you the best of luck with your results.
Best wishes
