Hi. I was diagnosed with stage 2 grade 3 TNBC in December 2023 no lymph node involvement. 6 months of chemo, lumpectomy, 10 rounds of radiotherapy. Had no pathological response to chemotherapy so continued immunotherapy and 6 months of oral chemo Capecitabine until April 2025. Have had a few hiccups on the way including just recovering from pneumonitis following an adverse effect from the immunotherapy.
My question is. I have found a lump just above my lumpectomy scar. I have a mammogram arranged for tomorrow. Is local reoccurrence of TNBC common? I know I’m high risk of reoccurrence but is it for stage 4 or any stage.
And one more question.i have continued pain in my collarbone and arm on my treated side. Could this be a sign of regional reoccurrence? It’s like my collarbone is bruised. No lumps.
