  • Hi

Sorry to hear about your son, it is never easy to watch our children go through anything like this, My main experience of cancer is via my wife who has Leiomyosarcoma though quite different but a few years ago our son was diagnosed with a benign brain tumour, he had two lots of brain surgery and then radiotherapy and is now steroid dependant but otherwise ok.

We know through our journey the worry that can ensue when the hospital rings up out of the blue, fingers crossed it is something that can be dealt with.

When I did a living with less stress course with Maggies one of the things I learnt was about conscious breathing, I found this useful not only when life through us a curveball but also for helping me relax and get off to sleep.

    <<hugs>>
