Hey
looking for some advice re T cell lymphoma and the side effects of taking thalidomide everyday whilst on chemo....
my dad is really struggling alongside my mum who is caring for him...does taking this drug get easier or are we likely to be like this for the whole 18 weeks?
any advice greatly appreciated
Hi , I truly have no idea as I never been proscribed thalidomide.
What chemo is he having? in these situations you should talk with his team as they will have the best understanding about how things are going and how this will progress.
CHOP is used a lot and folks normally do ok when having it. If they are struggling you do need to talk with his team to see if there is some community support for them.
