Basal cell carcinoma

I am 2 weeks post scalp excision and thigh skin graft. You may not need this though depending on the size  being removed. My advice would be:

• To not look at too much on other sites
• Be kind to yourself
• Let people help you
• Listen to your body following any procedure
• Try relax whilst you are recovering
• Eat well and keep hydrated

Using meditation apps helped me at times alongside reading and catching up on things I have always wanted to watch. I hope things go well for you

I had a scc removed from the side of my face three years ago by excision so just a bit worried that I’ve been referred to a plastic surgeon for this one and what the procedure will be
