Over 10 years ago I has a bcc removed but it had scc cells too. I didn't worry at the time because it was removed by excision. Although the dermatologist did say it was interesting which is always a bit of a worry. You don't usually want to be an interesting case.
Now I have another larger lesion this time on my nose. Waiting for confirmation from dermatology but gp thinks bcc from look of it but it has grown quickly so raises suspicions. The gp referred to the earlier lesion as a combination of scc and bcc from my notes.
Has anyone else come across two in one like this ? From reading it appears to be an unusual 'collision' lesion but there is also a much worse basosquamous possibility.
I shall hopefully find out more soon from the dermatologist but just interested in case anyone has come across it before.
