I was diagnosed by biopsy last week. My dermatologist recommended Moh surgery ,but advised a 12 /15 month wait. Can any one tell me how I find out the waiting times for other hospitals?
Or how much MOHs can cost privately and if waiting times are less.
Does it not matter to wait this long for surgery, should I just wait? Has anyone waited that could give me advice?

I’ve had a couple of BCCs removed but never by Mohs micrographic surgery and not privately. I would think that your GP would be best placed to let you know what the waiting times are for different hospitals in your area, so you could give them a call.
I've done a search in the group and the most recent person who's had Mohs surgery privately is Cockerpoo67 who I've 'tagged' into my reply to you and hopefully they'll pop on and let you know how much the surgery cost. You could also contact your local private hospitals and ask for a price and what the wait time is to have it done privately.
