Hi how long have people waited for biopsy’s for suspected BCC? I’ve already previously had a BCC removed 2 years ago and I’m 38 years old. I’ve been waiting nearly 5 months now for a biopsy. Thanks

Waiting for appointments and then waiting for results is always a stressful time. How long did you have to wait for your previous biopsy? If this time it's longer than before it would probably be a good idea to chase up the dermatology department to see when you are likely to be seen. If you are able to take a cancellation at short notice you could always mention this as often you'll be seen quicker then.
When my dermatologist noticed a BCC on my chest I had it removed a few weeks later. However, she was also concerned about a mole on my back, and I'm guessing that because of my previous history that was why the 2 were removed pretty quickly.
