I'm sorry to read that you're leaving the group only a day after you joined.
I don't know if you'll see this message but just because you didn't get an immediate reply doesn't mean there's nobody here with this type of BCC. Most people only come on the Macmillan site every few days so it can take a few days to get a reply.
Did you get a chance to have a look at the link I provided you with to other people who had posted about micronodular BCC?
