Is there anyone on here who has had skin cancer removed from their scalp? I have had a round section of BCC removed from my scalp just to the right of the crown. My question is when the dressings come off how can I cover this? I've looked on here and online but it has all to do with people having wigs after chemo. Doesn't seem to be anything to cover bald patches lile this on the head. Grateful for any info.
Hi Montyc4135f
I went bald when I had chemotherapy for breast cancer and I was able to cover up with head coverings or a wig. Once my treatment finished my hair grew back so I don't have exactly the experience you're looking for.
I've had a look through the group and found these posts, which mention having a bald patch, for you to look through. You could also reply to some of them if you wanted to ask more questions.
