My husband had an operation on the back of his head. He has not slept well for 6 weeks as he cannot lie on it, it removed the dressing if he moves.
any ideas of sleeping positions?

I'm sorry to read that your husband is having difficulty sleeping since he had an operation on the back of his head. I assume he's tried sleeping on his side or stomach?
I've never found sleeping difficult as I always manage to sleep on whatever side I haven't had an operation on.
Hopefully he'll be able to go back to sleeping on his back once he's had the dressing removed.
