I had some skin cancer removed 7 weeks ago. I have a slight swelling next to the area. I was wondering if that was normal at this stage or whether it should have gone away by now.

I'm sorry to read that you've had skin cancer removed and that you still have swelling next to that area. I haven't had swelling next to any wound I've had for that long, so I'd suggest that you get in touch with your SCNS (skin cancer nurse specialist), if you've been assigned one, or phone the contact number you've been given so that it can be assessed if necessary.
