Hello, Anyone else on this tablet combination. As struggling with side effect. Anemia, tiredness, being detached, giddiness, nausea, low bloodcount, loss of appetite, to name few.

A warm welcome to the group although I am so sorry to find you joining us.
I saw your post yesterday and as I am on a different treatment I left it for others to answer. By me replying it will be "bumped up" to the top of the page and I hope seen and answered by others on the same treatment.
My suggestion would be to have a word with your team - tell them of the side effects and to see if either a reduced dose would be an option or a change to alternative medication.
I do hope you manage to resolve your issues.
