Hi all,
Just wanted to say hi. I got diagnosed last year and had RALP in September. Unfortunately the margins were not clear and in January my PSA went from 0.16 to 0.23. I'm now secluded for salvage Radiotherapy at end of March. To say I'm gutted is an understatement, had really hoped that the surgery would do its job. But alas nope this evil is hanging in there.
Hi Fastfish05 that is very disappointing but you still have a great option with RT. Please feel free to ask any questions and good luck with RT (I have had 40 sessions over the years).
Best wishes, David
Please remember that I am not medically trained and the above are my personal views.
If it helps Fastfish05 my brother went through surgery followed by a need for radiotherapy 15 years ago and he’s still enjoying life…
