Prostate Cancer Recovery

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2021. I had the usual tests/scans and a biopsy and then a prostatectomy on Aug 4th 2021. Two weeks later I had the catheter removed and two days later was rushes back into hospital with a major infection. They scanned my bladder and found it was a 3rd bigger than it should have been and I was very close to having sepsis. Luckily they filled me with antibiotics etc and I was discharged from hospital 3 days later. Recovery was slow but I got there eventually BUT, six weeks later a CAT scan revealed the cancer had gone to a Lymph node in my groin and was inoperable due to it's location so I have to have Prostrap jabs every 12 weeks for the rest of my life. The side effects are irritating but the alternative is much worse so I put up with it.

I could not do pelvic floor exercises for at least 6 to 8 weeks because it was too painful but I did get there eventually and persevered with them for 18 months. My leakage did improve to the point of where it is now and this is my question. Even though I still do pelvic floor exercises my leakage varies according to my activity. I use level 1 Tena pads and can use 2 a day at it's worst but it's mostly one. I was told by Andrology that this is quite normal. Is anyone else in this same situation, I would be interested to know please......
