Hello Ninoded542
A warm welcome to the online community, although I am so sorry to find you joining us.
So your Hormone Therapy was completed in say June/ July 2025 your testosterone will come back but the speed it comes back varies in all of us. Mine came back very quickly, however it can take up to 18 months or longer to fully regain your "old self" and penis size. Here's a link that may help:

There are also some posts which may help on this thread from the Cancer Chat Group where Community members have shared their worries and solutions:
As for the weight gain and the "moobs" - I put 3.5 stone on during 3 years hormone therapy, I now have rising PSA and am back on hormone therapy and as my oncologist says she doesn't want me to put anymore weight on so as well as exercise I have been prescribe Ozempic the weight loss drug. The only solutions to the weight gain are diet and exercise! As for the moobs (I too have a nice pair) sadly you are stuck with them, there's only surgery to remove can sort that issue out. Sadly no one tells you at the start of HT it's a side effect and there is medication to stop them growing - but you need it at the same time as the HT.
I hope the above helps - please feel free to ask further questions.
Best wishes - Brian.

As a start ask your GP to prescribe tadalafil (5mg) to be taken daily. You could also try a vacuum pump also available on the NHS. These will help rehabilitate your sexual organs post treatment.
I had 20 sessions of radiotherapy and 24 months of hormone therapy, I'm now 5 months post hormone therapy and some sexual function is starting to return.
I think the difficult thing is not to stress about it and take things gradually. I appreciate this can be difficult if your partner is keen to resume normal relations.
Unfortunately man boobs are permanent but you should able to make some progress on losing weight (man boobs need to be prevented by medication while on hormone therapy).
