Hi, new to this site. L was diagnosed with prostate cancer 6 year ago.
I had radiotherapy and 2 years of prostap injections.I had the side effects which i coped with(as good as i could). when the side effects stopped i thought great. As there was a big back log of appointments just after covid. i did not get any more contact from hospital so all my tests were done through my gp. Not the best as i never get to see the same doctor.
Any way, after about a year from my treatment stopping the fatigue came back and got worse. and i still get it but its coming in waves, once every month or two and lasting a week or two.
My work were great about it and as i was ready to retire they gave me the last year off as sick pay. Im now retired and loving it but this fatigue is getting me down. spending days at a time in bed.I had a holidy in turkey with my wife and spent 7 days in bed sleeping.
So i have a question i thought i would ask on here. Has anyone else had this problem as long as this?
Thanks
