Good morning,
I am 77 and was diagnosed with Gleason 3+3 in July 2024. The lesion was 3mm dia and 18 samples taken, 9 from right side, no cancer, 9 from left side 2 samples Gleason 3+3.
I had an MRI last week which showed that the lesion is now 10mm, so I may have another biopsy.
Has anyone else experienced similar with Gleason 6?
cheers,
Trapper 67
Hi Trapper673fdc5c , I can’t help directly, but me responding will bump you back to the top. I don’t know how many Gleason 6 we have ‘lurking’ on the site but hopefully you might get some replies. In my view, the cancer is growing and another biopsy won’t particularly give you any more info to make a decision, as action needs to be taken anyway (just my own logic). Is your PSA increasing?
Best wishes, David
