Hello Geoff
Glad you have found us - I assume your biopsy showed a Gleason 6 but your PSA to me would indicate it's time for action (I am not a fan of AS).
Do you have a date booked in for your next MRI or a meeting with your urology team?
Best wishes - Brian.

Hi l am due for next appointment in July telephone with my specialist nurse … Still waiting mri to come through…. My last appointment they were happy with my PSA level I am totally confused … I had my first biopsy in 2018 results swollen prostate no medication given 6 years later I mentioned it to the GP done examination there and then panic set in I was at hospital within a week for biopsies told cancer
Hello Geoff (Geoff)
I can understand the panic. do you have the latest biopsy TNM staging or are you waiting for this?
On the cancer pathway, sadly you need to advocate for yourself. In view of your PSA I would be ringing your specialist nurse and ask for a date for your MRI and a face to face to try and find out just what is going on.
Best wishes - Brian.
