Do u have any figures because that would help give best advice.

IE: PSA Gleeson score, I presume in one node nearby to the gland, what r the specialists suggesting?

I am so sorry to hear about your dad but you are in the best place for help and advice. May I suggest to help us help you, you put dad's journey and his diagnosis on his profile. To do this on your home page - go to the chair in the top right - then - "profile" and "edit". You can then tell us how he got here and his diagnosis - PSA - Gleason Score - TNM staging and we will do our best to help.
