Hello Tom1  A warm welcome to the club you didn't want to join.

It's great to have you along for the ride - although you really don't want to be here - it's a great place to chat to other people who are on the same or similar journey to yourself.

Can I ask that you give us a little bit more information about yourself please - it's just that it helps others understand how you got here - your diagnosis and where you are up to on your journey. You could add the details of your journey on your profile - to do this just follow the first 3 steps under "how to upload a photo" and you can update your profile.(You can read mine by clicking on the icon of the beach next to my name).

Anything you want to know - just ask - however trivial it may be - you will receive an answer from someone on the community.
