Not necessarily but generally the higher the Gleeson PSA tends to be higher but don't forget not much difference between 3/4 and 4/4, wouldn't worry, your stats look low, 

I went on AS with a Gleeson of 6 (3+3) and similar PSA to yours

I too went on active surveillance with a Gleason score of 3+4 and a PSA of  4.7 and was on AS for 2 years before starting Hormone therapy.

1. Hi can I ask why you come off AS ?

After having a biopsy in August last year my Gleason score had risen to 4+5 and PSA was up to 14 so it was decided to start HT in October and started RT in February.

It would also be interesting to know what staging score you are at.

Over 2 years mine went from T0/1 N0 M0 to T2 N0 M0
