Age 54 PSA 9 Gleason 3+4, told T1c but lymph nodes in pelvis and chest lit up. Any ideas? And don’t be too sensational.
surgeon says RBRP, but I’ve asked for PET scan
Hi Tempest and welcome
Your stats are low, looks like a low key affair.
Bit puzzling about the lit up chest/pelvis , yes Def push for a Pet scan, hopefully nothing .
If they have given a T1c then they can't be too concerned. What do they say about the highlighted bits?
Keep us posted
Good luck
Steve
Hi Tempest. You’re in very similar place to my husband. He’s Gleason 7 (4 + 3), grade 3, with low PSA of 6.23. Hospital policy to go for PSMA PET scan for anyone grade 3 or higher. Had to wait 9 weeks for the scan which happened last Thursday as there’s a National issue with the tracer failing apparently. Now waiting for the results….
Stay strong x
