I was diagnosed late part of 2022 with pc and was booked in for a robotic radical prostatectomy but on morning of surgery I had an allergic reaction to one or more of the drugs used and spent a coup of days in ICU now waiting for allergy tests on hormone tablets until op so suffering a bit with ED at the moment thankfully not any other side effect’s

Could you not go for Hormones and Radiotherapy instead of surgery?
Hope you get everything sorted soon. I still have ED 17 months after my Radiotherapy ended. It worked as I am now 13 months into Remission. Just the infernal ED. I am not complaining though (really).
