Hi everyone I am new here and just wanted to say hello, I am in Edinburgh Scotland and was diagnosed the week before Christmas with Advanced locally prostate cancer, seeing consultant in new year, apparently treatment is more difficult because I also have Parkinson's Disease which is causing me big problems, so ops are not on the table, talking about hormone therapy,
Anyway looking forward to getting to know people
I write poetry short stories etc

Welcome to the club you didn't want to join! Let's hope your diagnosis isn't too bad. Hormone therapy is OK once you have your head around the side effects. Let's hope your Parkinson's isn't too much to cause any further side effects.
